Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Home & Well ships exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery zones in the near future.

Are your products covered by a warranty?
